Cotmor Tool & Presswork was established in 1952 and still operates as a family business from its 15,000 sq. ft. West Midlands plant. Having proudly grown its customer range both in the UK and internationally, servicing a wide variety of client needs including precision, progression, deep drawn metal pressings, and transfer tooling all executed to a very high standard.

Our focus has always been on giving personal attention to all our customers, large or small. Cotmor always starts every new project with a keen interest and understanding of both the actual product you require as well as how it will be used once manufactured.

David Cotterill

David Cotterill

Managing Director / Technical.

David joined Cotmor in 1974 at the age of 17 he was initially employed as an apprentice tool maker by his father Leonard Cotterill. After completing a five year apprentice tool maker scholarship he soon became involved and enhanced his knowledge in the production, purchasing, customers and supplier liaison. In 1987 David was appointed as Managing Director and this year will be celebrating his 41st year of service with the company.

Trevor joined Cotmor in 1952, with over 60 years experience Trevor is our most experienced and longest serving employee. Responsible in overseeing technical sales, estimating department, design and development.

Manufacturing Director

Bob joined the team in 1995 and has a wealth of experience in production processes, time motion planning, material procurement, dealing with customer’s requirements on a daily basis
